Accessible & Safe Design
Our thoughtfully planned spaces feature senior-friendly layouts, open areas, step-free, wheelchair friendly access to all spaces. Our mobility friendly spaces also include handrails for safety. With a low 3:1 caregiver ration, we strive to allow residents to maintain as much independence as possible while having the support they need nearby.

At Modern Senior Living, our resident bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to feel warm, peaceful and familiar- just. like home. Comfortable bedding, ample storage , natural light create a welcoming environment to allow residents to relax and rest in their new home. We encourage our residents to personalize their space with cherished photos, decor, or anything to feel as their own.

At Modern Senior Living, we believe mealtimes should feel comforting, social and nourishing. Residents enjoy dietitian- approved home-style meals prepared fresh each day.
