Gracey is a  graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte, holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Healthcare and Humanities. She further expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Activities Director, where she discovered a genuine passion for enriching the daily lives of older adults. Her focus is on creating meaningful experiences that promote joy, purpose, and connection for every resident.

 

 

Lanita brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, serving as Executive Director. Her professional background is complemented by deeply personal experience caring for her own mother through Dementia, which shaped her unwavering commitment to providing care marked by patience, dignity, and compassion.
